Light Touch is a full-fat iPhone and iPod touch emulator for the Mac.
Features
- The App Store, back. Legacy Store is built into the sidebar, filtered to what actually runs on the device you have open.
- Fully featured. Multi-touch gesture passthrough, sound and vibration, fake GPS location, accelerometer, hardware-accelerated 3D graphics, and native Retina resolution for supported devices.
- The 2009 internet. Old Safari can’t speak modern encryption, so your Mac translates for it. Or point it at the Wayback Machine, pick a date, and browse the web the way the device remembers it.
- Screenshots and recordings. ⌘S to save a screenshot and ⌘R to toggle recording, same as WireView.
- Oops you’re AT&T now, sorry. Device ▸ Carrier… rings the iPhones with calls and texts and shows what they dial. You can name the carrier whatever you want. I would.
